摘 要:采用乙醚萃取法制备得到磷钼酸,通过静电纺丝技术制备了磷钼酸/PMMA复合纳米纤维。利用红外(IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对纤维的结构与形貌进行了表征。IR测试显示在复合纳米纤维中,磷钼酸的Keggin结构没有被破坏;由SEM照片可以看出所制得的复合纤维的直径较为均匀,随着磷钼酸含量的增加,复合纤维的直径逐渐变小;研究了等量磷钼酸在负载与非负载情况下对甲基橙的光催化活性,紫外测试显示将磷钼酸负载于PMMA纳米纤维中可提高其光催化活性。The phosphomolybdic acid synthesized by diethyl ether extraction method, then phosphomolybdic acid/ PMMA composite nanofibers were prepared through electrospinning. The structure and morphology of the fibers were characterized using infrared spectroseopy(IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). IR test showed that in the nanofibers, Keggin structure of phosphomolybdic acid have not been destructed. It can be seen that the fibers were homogeneous in si- zes, especially when phosphomolybdic acid was added. With the increase of phosphomolybdic acid content, fibers diameter became smaller. The photocatalytic activity of phosphomolybdic acid for methyl orange under supported and unsupported conditions were investigated by UV test, which showed that the supported nanofibers can improve the photocatalytie activity.
