摘 要:采用化学溶液蚀刻法制备防眩玻璃,通过可见光透/反射比测试仪测量玻璃的反射比和透射比,运用可见光分光光度计测量玻璃的透射比,利用光电雾度仪测量玻璃的雾度,通过扫描电子显微镜和原子力显微镜观察玻璃表面的形貌特征.结果表明:玻璃防眩后总反射比从7%提高至12%;透射比在可见光各波段范围内提高约1~2%;雾度由0.5%上升至5%.蚀刻后的玻璃表面呈现较规则的“蜂窝”状(直径约1~2μm),模拟防眩玻璃表面的光线路径,解释该结构防眩且增加透射比的原因.The anti-glare glass was prepared by etching with chemical solution. The reflectance, transmittance and haze were measured by transmittance/reflectance tester, visible spectrophotometer and WGW. The surface morphology was investigated by scanning electron microseope(SEM)and atomic force microscope(AFM). The results indicated that the re- flectance was increased from 7~ to 12~, the transmittance had an improvement for 1 ~2% in the visible range and there has been a rise in the haze, from 0. 5 ~//0 to 5 ~. A honeycomb-like morphology was observed on surface of the glass(1 ~2tam in diameter). Finally, the simulate ways of light on the surface were proposed, accounting for the high transmittance.
