摘 要:以聚砜(PSF)和聚氨酯(PU)为膜材料,PEG400为添加剂,N、N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,纯水凝胶,采用相转化法制备了PSF/PU共混超滤膜。用溶解度参数预测和粘度法表征了PSF/PU是部分相容体系。系统的研究了共混比、聚合物浓度、添加剂含量和挥发时间等制膜条件对膜分离性能的影响,结果表明,聚合物总浓度为16%,共混比(mPSF/mPU)为80/20,PEG400含量为6%,挥发时间为40s时,所制备的共混超滤膜分离性能较好,其水通量达到86.48L/(m2·h),对聚乙二醇10000的截留率为85%。与PSF膜相比,共混膜的接触角从90.17°下降到67.7°,亲水性提高;角蛋白吸附量由138.12μg/cm2下降为82.06μg/cm2,抗污染性提高。The PSF/PU blend uhraIiltration membrane was made using polysulfone(PSF)and polyurethane(PU)as membrane material by phase inversion method in the presence of N, N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)as casting solvent and po- lyethylene glycol 400(PEG400)as additives and pure water as coagulation bath. The compatibility of PSF/PU was investi- gated by the method of solubility parameter and viscosity . The effects of blending ratio, polymer concentration, additive concentration and evaporation time upon the separation performance were investigated. The experimental results showed that the polymer concentration was 16 ~, blending ratio(mps~/meu)was 80/20, concentration of PEG400 6 ~//0 and evapora- tion time 40 s,the performance of the blend membranes was better,which had a pure water flux of 86.48L/(m2 ~ h)and 850//oo rejection to PEG10000. Compared with PSF membrane, the contact Angle was descended from 90. 17% to 67. 7% and keratin adsorption descended from 138. 12ug/cm2 to 82. 06ug/cm2, which meaned that the improvement of the hydrophilici- ty and antifouling performance.
