摘 要:采用水热法制备了不同石墨烯掺量的氧化石墨烯(RGO)/TiO2复合光催化材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UVPC)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)及拉曼光谱(Raman等手段对催化剂进行了表征,并通过降解亚甲基蓝(MB)对催化剂活性进行了评价。结果发现,复合RGO后的TiO2在可见光区的光谱吸收性能得到显著改善,禁带宽度下降,光催化活性明显提高。本研究条件下,当RGO掺入量为2%时制备的催化剂具有最高的光催化活性。A series of reduced graphene oxide(RGO)/TiOz photocatalytic composites with different RGO content were prepared by a simple hydrothermal method. As prepared photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Visdiffuse reflection spectrum(UVPC),Fourier transform Infrared spectrum(FT-IR), field emission scan elec- tron microscope(FESEM), and Raman spectrum. The photocatalytie activity of the photocatalysts were evaluated by meth- ylene blue(MB)degradation. After RGO introduction, it was found that the bandgap of RGO/TiO2 was narrowed, the visi- ble-light absorption and photocatalytifc activity were obviously improved. Under our experimental conditions, RGO/TiO2 will give the highest photocatalytic activity when the RGO content was 2X.
