摘 要:采用ULDPE-g-MAH作为相容剂、用PA66刚性增韧UHMWPE/PP共混物,研究它们对UHMWPE/PP共混体系的ROF增韧作用。结果表明,PA66与基体树脂的界面粘结好坏,是影响其能否起到ROF增韧作用的关键因数;在解决相容性的基础上,加入PA66,能够使UHMWPE/PP共混物的力学性能提高。扫描电子显微镜分析表明,PA66以圆颗粒状分布在基体树脂中,受外力冲击后PA66颗粒发生了明显的伸长变形,起到刚性增韧的效果。IR分析表明,ULDPE-g-MAH分子中的酸酐基团在熔融共混过程中与PA66分子上的端氨基发生了化学反应,形成了两组分间的接枝聚合物PE-g-PA。DSC分析表明,相容剂ULDPE-g-MAH促进了PA66粒子对UHMWPE/PP的成核作用。With ULDPE-g-MAH as compatibilizer and PA66 as rigid organic filler(ROF), their toughening effects for UHMWPE/PP blends were discussed. Research results testified that bonding status of the interface between resin base and PA66 plaied a vital role in toughening of the blends. After solving the problem of compatibility, adding PA66 can en- hance the mechanical property of UHMWPE/PP blends. Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed PA66 was distribu- ted in the base resin as round particles, and once impacted, those particles extended in length distinctly and achieved the effect to improve the toughness of the blends. By means of IR analysis, it was found that chemical reaction took place be- tween anhydride group in ULDPE-g-MAH molecule and amido in PA66 molecule during melting and blending process, and generated grafting polymer PE-g-PA between two composings. DSC analysis showed that compatibilizer ULDPE-g-MAH improved PA66 particles' effect on the nucleation of UHMWPE/PP.
