动物园圈养野生禽类H5亚型禽流感疫苗免疫后抗体水平研究

摘　　要：为研究动物园圈养野生禽类高致病性禽流感疫苗免疫后的抗体水平,本文以雉鸡、缅甸鹦鹉、原鸡、蓝孔雀、白鸽为研究对象,接种H5亚型禽流感灭活油乳剂疫苗,利用禽流感血凝及血凝抑制试验,分别在首免日、免疫后21 d、30 d、60 d、120 d和180 d监测禽流感免疫抗体变化。结果表明5组禽类均在疫苗接种后产生禽流感抗体,当30 d加强免疫后,第60 d抗体达到峰值,120 d后抗体开始下降。通过研究,证实商品化疫苗对动物园圈养野生禽类有效,同时提出圈养野生禽类的高致病性禽流感免疫程序,即肌肉注射H5亚型禽流感灭活油乳剂疫苗,首免30 d后加强免疫,免疫有效期为6个月。Five species of birds,Phasiamis colchicus,Psittacula derbiana,Gallus gallus,Pavo cristatus and Columba livia were inoculated against H5 subtype avian influenza with an inactivated oil emulsion vaccine.We monitored antibody levels by hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition test at 0,21,30,60,120 and 180 days after inoculation.All groups of birds were seropositive after the first vaccination and the antibody titer peaked at 60 days and declined at 120 days after the second inoculation was carried out at 30 days.The commercial vaccine proved effective for captive wild birds.We recommend an immune procedure that intramuscular injection of inactivated H5 subtype oil emulsion vaccine and reinforcement vaccine be given 30 days later and the immunity period will last for 6 months.
