摘 要:实验测定了内螺纹重力热管变功率的运行特性,并与普通重力热管进行比较,得出了内螺纹对重力热管传热特性的影响.实验表明:水平放置时,在相同功率条件下,内螺纹重力热管的蒸发段温度和轴向温差要比普通重力热管小,而且内螺纹提高了重力热管的传热极限.垂直放置时,在相同功率条件下,内螺纹重力热管的蒸发段温度和轴向温差同样小于普通重力热管;输入功率为20W时,内螺纹重力热管热阻要大于普通重力热管热阻,输入功率大于20W时.内螺纹重力热管热阻小于普通重力热管热阻.The operating characteristics of gravity heat pipe with internal helical microfin under variable power were investigated experimentally, in comparison with conventional gravity heat pipe. The influence of internal helical microfin on gravity heat pipe was obtained. The results show that when gravity heat pipes are held horizontally or vertically, there are higher tempera- tures for evaporator section, higher axial temperature difference in gravity heat pipe with internal helical microfin than in conventional gravity heat pipe under the condition of identical input power. And the internal helical microfin can improve the heat transfer limitation in horizontal position. In vertical position, the thermal resistance of gravity heat pipe with internal helical mi- crofin is larger than that of conventional gravity heat pipe for Qin=20 W, while smaller for Qin 〉20 W.
