摘  要:在基于循环流化床预热的无烟煤粉燃烧试验台上,对阳泉无烟煤粉进行了预热燃烧试验,研究了不同预热温度下预热燃料的燃料特性、燃烧特性和NO_x排放特性,预热后燃料比表面积和总孔体积增大;预热燃料在下行燃烧室中燃烧稳定,轴向温度分布均匀,燃烧效率最高达94.1%;在预热温度为800℃、850℃、900℃和950℃的条件下,NO_x排放浓度分别为372 mg/m^3、295 mg/m^3、259 mg/m^3和265 mg/m^3,较无烟煤粉的常规燃烧方式明显降低.Experimental studies were carried out in a pilot scale down-fired combustor on pulverized anthracite combustion preheated by a circulating fiuidized bed (CFB). Fuel characteristics, combustion characteristics and NOx emissions were investigated in different preheating temperatures. Specific surface area and pore volume of the anthracite powder increased after preheated. Combustion was stable and temperature profile was uniform in the down-fired combustor, combustion efficiency was up to 94.1%. The NOx emissions were 372 mg/m3, 295 rag/m3, 259 mg/m3 and 265 mg/m3 as the preheatin~ temperatures were 800℃, 850℃, 900℃ and 950℃, respectively, which were significantly low compared with conventional anthracite combustion.
