摘 要:在一台增压中冷的电控单体泵柴油机上采用柴油/甲醇二元燃料燃烧的方式开展燃烧特性与烟度排放试验研究.结果表明:采用二元燃料燃烧方式后最大气缸压力,最大放热率和最大压力升高率都增加,且随着甲醇对柴油替代率的增加而增加,烟度排放随着甲醇对柴油替代率的增加而降低;燃油消耗率随着甲醇替代率的增加而增加,但有效热效率在高负荷时候明显提高且排气温度降低.Combustion characteristics and smoke emissions experiments were conducted on a turbocharged inter-cooled electronic control unit pump diesel engine fuelled with diesel/methanol dual fuel. The test results showed that engine fuelled with dual fuel the peak cylinder gas pressure, the maximum rate of pressure rise and the maximum rate of heat release increased with increasing the proportion of methanol in the dual fuel. The emissions of smoke in general decreased with increasing amount of methanol when at low load. The brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC) increased with dual fuel because of low calorific value of methanol. The results also showed that engine operating with dual fuel could significantly improve the brake thermal efficiency at high load and lower exhaust gas temperature.
