摘 要:提出一种盖板式冲缝型集热器,将吸热板设置成冲缝型,提高换热效果,改善集热器内部气流组织。利用实验数据回归得到气流穿过吸热板时的局部阻力系数经验关系式,证实该集热器的优越性。在对传热模型进行实验验证的基础上,采用空气进出VI温升和有效效率为综合评价指标,模拟优化集热器的结构参数和运行参数。结果表明,最佳的平均冲缝间距、冲缝当量直径、集热器高度、空气流量(单位集热面积的流量)范围分别为0.08~0.12m、0.008~0.012m、1.8~3.0m、40~80m^3/h(0.012~0.025m/s)。A glazed transpired collector with slit-like perforation was proposed, which improved heat exchange effect and collector inner airflow of collector. Using regressed experiment data, the empirical relationship of local resistance coefficient was deduced, which proved the collector' s superiority. Taking the temperature difference between air outlet and inlet and effective efficiency as comprehensive evaluation indexes, the optimized values of structure and operating parameters were simulated. Results showed that optimized values of average perforation pitch, perforation equivalent diameter, collector height and air flow were 0. 08-0. 12m, 0. 008-0. 012m, 1.8-3.0m and 40-80m^3/h, respectively, namely, the unit collector area flux was 0. 012-0. 025m/s.
