摘 要:本文回顾我国建筑节能工作发展历程,全面总结归纳我国现有的建筑节能检测与评估方法及相关标准,提出现有技术方法及市场机制中对建筑节能测评工作的发展障碍,明确我国建筑节能测评工作的发展方向,并对测评机构管理方式提供合理化建议,为我国建筑节能测评工作的良性发展提供参考依据。The development process of building energy saving in our country was reviewed,the existing testing and evaluation method of building energy saving and relevant standard in our country were comprehensively summarized, the development barrier of existing technology method and market mechanism on building energy saving evaluation were proposed, the development direction of building energy saving evaluation in our country was defined, and rational proposals for the management method of evaluation agency were provided by this paper to provide reference for the sound development of building energy saving evolution in our country.
