消除高胆红素对干化学法肌酐测定影响的方法研究

摘　　要：血清高浓度胆红素严重干扰了干化学法对肌酐的测定,使结果偏高。我们研究了碱性试剂消除高浓度胆红素影响的作用。将一定浓度氢氧化钠预先处理反应膜后再行测定。结果在胆红素浓度达400umol/L时,肌酐检测结果基本不受影响。结论:碱性溶液能消除胆红素的不利影响,准确测定肌酐。The interference by bilirubin in the measurement of creatmine by dry chemistry system is very serious. We described a procedure for the elimination of bilirubin interfering. Through the addition of sodium hydroxide to reagent field of the strip before measurement, the bilirubin has little interference with its concentration as high as 400 umol/L. Conclusion:Saline solution can make dry chemistry system work well for creatmine determination.
