摘　　要：介绍了医院信息管理系统与国家行业主管部门质量监测系统实施对接的政策背景，描述了具体的对接实施过程以及对接平台的开发与应用。通过实时上传电子病案首页数据，对医院运行、医疗服务、医疗质量等指标进行实时监测，既实现了数据传递的快捷性，也保证了数据信息的真实性、可用性和适用性，为医院评审、行业监管、决策制定提供了科学依据。The article introduced the policy background of linking hospital information management system with the quality monitoring system of government departments in charge. It described the specific linking process and the development and application of the system. By means of real-time upload of electronic medical records homepage data, the authorities can monitor such indicators as hospital operation, medical services and medical quality in real-time. The system can not only transmit data swiftly, but also ensure the authenticity, usability and applicability of the data and information. This provides scientific support for decision-makers of hospital accreditation, industry governance, and decision making.
