摘 要:观察益气通络丹(YQTLD)含药血清对培养SD大鼠胸主动脉平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的影响 ,探讨该药临床抗冠心病、脑梗塞等心脑血管疾病的作用机制。方法血清药理学方法制备含药血清 :MTT法测定含药血清对VSMC增殖活性的影响 ;NO试剂盒测定含药血清对VSMC作用与NO的关系。结果YQTLD含药血清能显著降低培养的SD大鼠VSMCMTT法的OD值 ,与空白血清组有显著性差异(P<0.01) ;YQTLD含药血清组培养基中NO含量明显增多 ,与空白血清组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论YQTLD有抗VSMC增殖的作用 ,此作用可能与NO有关 ,YQTLD可能通过抗VSMC增殖活性 。Objective. To observe the effect of serum containing YQTLD on SD rat's culture VSMC.Methods Serum containing YQTLD was prepared by serum pharmacological method. VSMC culture was treated with the serum, the influence of YQTLD on proliferating activity of VSMC was determined by MTT test. The amount of NO tested by NO test kit. Results 1.Serum containing YQTLD could decrease the OD value of VSMC tested by MTT method, and there was singificant difference (P<0.01) compared with the control serum ;2.The amount of NO in the culture medium of serum containing YQTLD which could inhibit proliferation of VSMC increased remarkably, and there was significant difference(P<0.01) compared with the control serum. Conclusions 1.YQTLD could inhibit the proliferation of VSMC. 2.The mechanism might relate to the increasing of NO in the culture medium. 3. The mechanism of YQTLD’s effect on vascular disease, such as coronary heart disease, cerebral thrombosis might be in relation to the influence of inhibiting proliferation on VSMC.
