低分子肝素对微血栓心肌损伤大鼠的疗效

摘　　要：观察低分子肝素对微血栓所致心肌损伤大鼠的疗效。方法36只大鼠分为 :生理盐水对照组、高分子右旋糖酐组、高分子右旋糖酐组 +普通肝素组及高分子右旋糖酐组 +低分子肝素组(简称对照组、高右组、普肝组及低肝组)。每组于用药前后描记心电图 ,最后一次用药后作肠系膜微循环观察 ,计算微血栓K值。结果高右组肠系膜微血栓增加 ,微血栓K值减少 ,与对照组比较P<0.01 ,心电图ST段明显抬高 ,与对照给比较P<0.05 ,与注射前比较P<0.01。普肝组ST段与治疗前比较P>0.05。低肝组微血栓K值增加 ,与高右组比较P<0.05 ,ST段与治疗前比较P<0.001 ,与高右组比较P<0.01。结论微血栓大鼠心肌损伤严重 。Objective. To study the effect of low molecular heperin in microthorombosis myocardiac impairment.Methods 36 rats were divided into normal control group, high molecular dextran(HMD) group,HMD+low molecular heperin (LMH) group and HMD+heperin group. The ECG of each group was recorded before and after injection of saline or HMD or LHM or heperin. The microcirculation of mesentery was observed after the latest injection.Results After the injection of HMD, the ST of ECG was elevated obviously(P<0.05)compared with control group and P<0.01 compared with that before the injection of HMD and the K value of microthrombus in the microcirculation of mesentery decreased more siginificantly than that of control group(P<0.01).The ST of ECG in LMH group decreased more siginificantly than that of KMD group before intravenous injection of LMH(P<0.001) and that of HMD group (P<0.01). Meanwhile the K value of microthrombus in mesentery microcirculation LMH group increased more significantly than that of HMD group (P<0.05).Conclusion LMD was an effective medicine to treat the rat with microthrombus.
