摘  要:观察微乳型前列腺素E1(Lipo -PGE1)改善冠心病患者球结膜微循环(BCM)和血液流变学的作用。方法冠心病心绞痛患者29例静滴Lipo_-PGE1(组①)、16例静滴PGE1 粉针剂(组②) ,对比观察两组病人治疗前后BCM及血液流变学变化。结果组①较组②病人治疗后BCM和血液流变学改善明显 ,微血管形态、微血流状态及周围状态积分值下降 ,两组间差异显著(P均<0.01)。两组全血粘度及红细胞聚集指数的下降差异亦显著(P均<0.05)。结论Lipo-PGE1 克服了PGE1 粉针剂肺脏失活、体循环疗效差的缺点 ,可明显改善冠心病心绞痛患者的血粘度及微循环状态 ,缓解临床症状和改善心肌缺血。Objective To observe the changes of bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation (BCM)and hemorrheology in 45 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) while they were treated with prostaglandin E1 in lipid emulsion(Lipo-PGE1).Methods 29 patients with angina pectoris were treated intravenously by Lipo_-PGE1 (group①) 16 cases were treated intravenously with prostaglandin E1 powder (group②),observing the change of BCM and hemorrheology in patients of two groups after and before the treatment. Results The BCM and hemorrheology of patients in group① were improved obviously after treatment as compared with group②. The score values of state of microvessel shape and blood viscosity and index of erythrocyte aggregation dropped obviously in group①. The difference is significant.(P<0.01 and P<0.05). Conclusions The defect of PGE1 powder of remarkable loss of potency in lungs and of weak effect on systemic circulation was overcome by the Lipo-PGE1, that can improve significantly the blood viscosity and state of microcirculation in patients with CHD, therefore, the clinical symptoms and ischemic changes of electrocardiogram may be improved.
