摘 要:叶片精加工过程中切削参数是影响叶片加工精度的关键因素之一。根据三轴数控机床的球头铣刀数学模型,建立了应用于五轴数控机床的球头铣刀加工汽轮机叶片的数学模型,获取了叶片加工过程中切削力的大小;在此基础上,采用数值模拟方法获取叶片在精加工过程中的变形量。通过极差和方差分析,探讨了主轴转速、进给速度、主轴转速和进给速度一级交互作用、切削深度对叶片变形的影响规律。研究表明:在精加工过程中,主轴转速、进给速度、主轴转速和进给速度的交互作用对叶片变形的影响比较显著;由于精加工过程中,进给速度较大,切削深度相对较小,切削深度对叶片变形影响并不显著。Cutting parameters is one of the key factors that influence the accuracy of turbine blade during the end milling process.According to the ball end milling cutter mathematical model of the three-axis NC machine,the mathematical model of five-axis NC machine of ball end milling was established,which can be used to calculate the cutting force of the steam turbine blade during the process.Using the numerical simulation method to get the deformation of the blade in the finish milling.Through the range and variance analysis,the influence of the spindle speed,feed speed,the interaction between feed speed and spindle speed,cutting depth to the blade deformation were discussed.Research shows that,in the finishing process,the influence of the spindle speed,feed speed,the interaction between feed speed and spindle speed to the blade deformation are significant; the influence of the cutting depth to the blade deformation is not significant.
