摘　　要：用分离的鹅新城疫病毒KM2007株尿囊液制成油乳剂灭活苗,和NDV油乳剂灭活苗分别接种10日龄未免疫雏鸡和未免疫雏鹅,并设非免疫对照组。免疫后21 d,试验组和对照组每只鸡和鹅分别注射0.1 mL鹅新城疫病毒KM2007株尿囊液10-1稀释液,结果对照组鹅和鸡分别出现典型的鹅新城疫和鸡新城疫的症状和病理变化,而试验组鹅和鸡全部健活。结果表明,鹅新城疫病毒KM2007株油乳剂灭活苗及NDV油乳剂灭活苗均可保护鹅和鸡免受鹅新城疫病毒野毒的攻击。10-day-old unimmunized chickens and gooses were inoculated with inactivated Oil Emulsion vaccine developed from goose Newcastle disease virus KM2007 strain allantoic fluid and NDV inactivated vaccine.The birds unimmunized were as control.21 days after immunization,each bird was injected with 0.1 mL of goose Newcastle disease virus KM2007 strain allantoic fluid diluted to 10-1.The results showed that the typical symptoms and pathological change appeared in the birds of the control,while all birds in experimental groups survived.It is concluded that the two kinds of vaccine can all protect goose and chicken from the infection of goose Newcastle disease virus.
