摘　　要：目的:确定壳聚糖对黄芩黄酮浸提液纯化的优化工艺条件。方法:通过正交试验设计考察壳聚糖添加量、料液温度和pH值对黄芩黄酮浸提液纯化效果。结论:壳聚糖对黄芩黄酮浸提液具有较好的纯化作用,最佳工艺条件为A3B2C2,即药液温度50℃、壳聚糖加入量为2%、pH值为5。Objective：The optimal purifying technology of flavonoids from crude extractives of Radix Scutellariae with chitosan was studied.Motheds： The orthogonal test was adopted to explore the purification effects of chitosan concention,temperature and pH value on flavonoids,protein,polysaccharide and optical density.Results：Chitosan has better purification effect on flavonoids from Radix Scutellariae,and the optimum technical parameters was A3B2C2,i.e.chitosan concentration was 2%,temperature was 50℃,and pH value was 5.0.
