参松养心胶囊对陈旧性心肌梗死患者Tp2Te间期的干预

摘　　要：目的 探讨参松养心胶囊对陈旧性心肌梗死患者Tp2Te间期的干预及其临床意义.方法 陈旧性心肌梗死患者56例为心肌梗死组,同期体检健康者52例为对照组,每例患者检测体袁12导联心电图,测算并记录Tp2Te间期.心肌梗死组予以参松养心胶囊口服治疗8周,治疗结束后再次检测体表12导联心电图,测算并记录Tp2Te间期.比较对照组及心肌梗死组治疗前后Tp2Te间期的差异.结果 陈旧性心肌梗死患者56例Tp2Te间期为（138±32）ms,较健康对照组52例Tp2Te间期[（91±23）ms]显著延长（P＜0.05）.陈旧性心肌梗死患者56例经参松养心胶囊治疗后Tp2Te间期平均值为（102±24） ms,较治疗前平均值显著缩短.结论 陈旧心肌梗死患者Tp2Te间期显著延长,参松养心胶囊可显著缩短其Tp2Te间期.Objective To investigate the intervention and clinical significance of Shensongyangxin capsule on Tp2Te intervals of patients with old myocardial infarction （OMI）.Methods Fifty-six patients with old myocardial infarction were selected as treatment group,and 52 healthy cases were selected as control group.Every case had examination of 12-lead ECG,the Tp2Te interval of them was detected and recorded.The patients in treatment group were treated with Shensongyangxin capsules,the period of treatment lasted for 8 weeks.Also the 12-lead ECG and Tp2Te intervals of them were detected and recorded after treatment.And then the Tp2Te intervals of them were compared.Results The Tp2Te intervals of treatment group before treatment [（138 ±32） ms] was significantly longer than that of control group[（91 ± 23） ms] （P ＜ 0.05）,and the Tp2Te interval of treatment group after treatment with Shensongyangxin capsules[（102 ± 24） ms] was significantly shorter than that before treatment.Conclusions The Tp2Te intervals of patients with old myocardial infarction are significantly longer than those of healthy people.And the Tp2Te intervals of them are shorter after Shensongyangxin capsules treatment.
