摘　　要：目的 探讨富林蜜凝胶在新生儿皮肤浅表损伤中的治疗效果.方法 将74例新生儿皮肤浅表损伤的新生儿随机分为对照组29例和治疗组45例.在常规治疗基础上,对照组行聚维酮碘外涂治疗,治疗组采用富林蜜凝胶外涂治疗.结果 治疗组疗效及治愈时间显著优于对照（P＜0.05）.结论 富林蜜凝胶对新生儿皮肤浅表损伤治疗安全有效.Objective To investigate the healing effect of flamigel on superficial skin injury of newborn.Methods A total of 74 newborn with superficial skin injury were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in control group were given traditional therapy and povidone-iodine for external use,45 cases in treatment group were given traditional therapy and flamigel for external use.Results The effect and healing time of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Flamigel is safe and effective for treatment of superficial skin injury of newborn.
