摘　　要：采用尿酸生成的前体物质次黄嘌呤 (Hypoxanthine)为模型药物 ,制备一种高尿酸血症动物模型 ,并对造模的量效、时效关系 ,动物性别 ,黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂的影响等因素进行了考察。结果表明 ,以此方法可制备一种较为稳定的尿酸生成增多型小鼠高尿酸血症动物模型。Hypoxanthine,the pre_substance of uric acid,was used to create mouse model with hyperuricemia.The dose_effect relationship and time_effect relationship of hypoxanthine during the model establishment were observed.The effect of sex and xanthine oxidase inhibitor on the establishment of mouse model was studied.The results showed this method is effective for the establishment of a stable mouse model with hyperuricemia.
