摘  要:为了检验2D数字伺服阀的加工一致性,分析2D数字伺服阀的结构和工作原理,在此基础上,通过实验研究9个正开口2D数字伺服及其电-机械转换器的频率响应和阶跃响应特性。实验测得:其电-机械转换器对应3 dB、-90°处频宽约为120 Hz,阶跃响应上升时间约为7 ms;在幅值25%的最大阀开口的正弦信号输入下,9个正开口2D数字伺服阀对应-3 dB的频宽平均约为80 Hz,最高可达141 Hz,其阶跃响应上升时间平均约为8.6 ms,最快5.3 ms。实验结果表明:正开口2D数字伺服阀及其电机械转换器具有良好的动态特性,并且2D数字伺服阀具有良好的加工一致性。To assess processing consistency of the 2D digital servovalve,its structure and working principle were described,and then experiments were carried out on the frequency and step response characteristics of nine 2D digital open center servovalves and their electro-mechanical converter.The experiments results indicate that:the frequency width of the electric-mechanical converter is approximate 120 Hz at-3 dB and-90°,and its rising time is about 7ms; the average frequency width of the nine 2D digital open center servovalves is about 80 Hz,the maximum is 141Hz at-3dB gain for 25% input signal,and the average of its rising time is about 8.6ms and the maximum is 5.3ms.The experimental results present that the 2D digital servovalve and its electro-mechanical converter have excellent dynamic characteristics,and the 2D digital servovalves have good processing consistency.
