摘 要:以大重型加工中心立柱为研究对象,基于均匀试验设计,以立柱质量及一阶固有频率为评价指标,分析其结构及影响因素。通过多元线性回归方程对影响立柱评价指标的设计变量进行灵敏度分析,得出各设计变量对立柱质量及一阶固有频率的影响敏感程度,根据影响因素的灵敏度分析情况及立柱内部的具体结构,对灵敏度分析结果进行评价,为立柱内部结构进一步改进或优化、降低质量、提高固有频率提供依据。The structure and influencing factors of the maching center column were analyzed based on the uniform test design,in which the pillar quality and the first natural frequency were made as the evaluation index.The sensitivity analysis for the design variables which affected the column evaluation were carried out by multiple linear regression equation.The design variables sensitive degree to the quality and the first natural frequency was obtained.According to the analysis situation of the influence factors and internal specific structure of the column,the sensitivity analysis results were evaluated.It provides an analytical basis for the column internal structure improvement,quality decreasing and natural frequency improving.
