摘 要:矩形板壳类零件的成型方法主要是采用大型压力机进行冲压成型或者压制成型,压力机一般采用液压驱动。使用普通圆形油缸成型矩形零件时,为使压力在成型零件表面分布均匀,需使得矩形成型部分被包含于油缸活塞面积之内,这势必会使圆形油缸的活塞尺寸加大,从而增大整个压力机的体积。为了减小油缸及整个液压设备体积,并保证工作区域内压力均匀分布,提出一种中凸形矩形油缸结构,采用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,获得油缸的应力及变形分布,在此基础上提出矩形油缸优化结构方案。The rectangular shell parts is shaped usually by punching or pressing using large press,the press is generally driven by hydraulic.When the common circular cylinder is used to form the rectangular parts,in order to make the pressure on the surface of the shaped parts be evenly distributed,the area of parts should be contained in the area of the oil cylinder piston,which will increase the size of circular cylinder piston undoubtedly,thereby the volume of the cylinder is also increased,it will make the whole press volume increase.In order to reduce the volumes of the oil cylinder and the hydraulic equipment,and to ensure the pressure was distributed uniformly in the working area,a convex type rectangular cylinder was put forward,finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to make simulation,and the stress and deformation distribution of the oil cylinder were obtained.On the basis,the scheme of structure optimization was put forward.
