摘  要:为避免共振需要对换热器管进行振动特性分析,利用ANSYS的流-固耦合高级技术,实现了充满介质换热管固有频率的计算。结果表明:换热管充满介质以后,其固有频率会减小。采用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)的参数化功能,实现了不同密度介质下换热管固有频率的计算,并根据有限元分析结果得到了充满介质的换热管固有频率的工程计算方法,同时,简单介绍了圆柱扰流尾涡脱落频率,为换热管的合理设计提供理论基础。In order to avoid resonance,the vibration characteristic of heat exchange tube was analyzed in need.The advanced technology FSI of ANSYS was employed to implement calculation of the natural frequency of heat exchange tube filled with medium.The result shows that the natural frequency will be reduced when the heat exchange tube is fully filled with medium.The parametric function of Parametric Design Language (APDL) has been utilized to achieve the calculation of natural frequency of heat exchange tube which filled with various medium.Meanwhile,according to Finite Element Analysis (FEA) result,an engineering calculation method for the natural frequency of heat exchange tube fully filled with medium is obtained.At the same time,the frequency of flow past a cylinder has been introduced in brief.The method will provide theory evidence for reasonable design of the heat exchange tube.
