摘 要:提出一种采用金属橡胶和压电陶瓷两种材料设计的高压精密微流量阀。利用压电陶瓷驱动阀芯,实现阀输出微流量的精密控制;在进出口处安装金属橡胶环,利用金属橡胶的减压、多孔过滤等特点,确保阀输出流量/压力的稳定性。运用Fluent仿真分析了不同阀口开度下阀的流量-压力关系以及金属橡胶环厚度与孔隙度对阀流量-压力关系的影响,得出了流量-压力关系曲线,为后续实验研究提供参考。A metal-rubber high-pressure and precise micro-flow valve was designed by using piezoelectric ceramic and metal rubber.Piezoelectric ceramics was used to drive valve spool to achieve fine control to output micro-flow.As metal rubber had decompression,porosity and filtering characteristics,it could be used to ensure stability of output flow rate and pressure when metal-rubbers were installed at entrance and export.Based on Fluent,the relationship between flow rate and pressure with different opening of valve port and the influence of that by the thickness and porosity of metal-rubber were analyzed.Finally,this relationship curve between flow rate and pressure was plotted.It provides reference for the subsequent experimental study.
