摘  要:提出了一种新型的高压纳秒脉冲电源,该装置输出电压和频率可调,控制极为方便;输出波形稳定,谐波分量小;工作稳定,可靠性高。电源主要采用省去磁芯复位电路的两级磁脉冲压缩技术与运行可靠的半导体断路开关技术,该电源应用广泛,可用于对一些气体、液体、固体介质的放电研究和其他需要高压电源的场合。详细分析了该电源的工作原理,并测得各种实验电压波形。着重介绍了磁脉冲压缩网络的参数设计,得出了电源在获得较高输出电压峰值时的磁开关(MS)和可饱和变压器的具体参数,并通过一系列对比实验验证了参数设计的准确性。结果表明,相关元件参数固定后,非线性磁芯的饱和都有一个最佳时刻。A new type of high-voltage nanosecond pulse power is developed.The output voltage and frequency of the device are adjustable.The control is extremely convenient,output waveform is stable,and harmonic component is small.It works stably and reliably.The power supply uses two magnetic pulse compression technology which eliminates core reset circuit,and reliable semiconductor opening switch technology.It is widely used in discharge of gas,liquid, solid media and other occasion which need high voltage power.The working principle of the power supply is analyzed, and a variety of voltage waveforms are measured.The parametric design of magnetic pulse compression network is introduced and demonstrated through a series of comparative tests.The specific parameters of the magnetic switch (MS) and saturable transformers on higher peak output voltage of the power are acquired.The results show that,if the parameters of related components are fixed,the saturation of nonlinear cores have a best time.
