摘 要:针对光伏逆变器线上辐射噪声问题,根据其辐射噪声产生机理,提出了一种新型诊断方法,该方法利用高频电流探头和共模噪声提取网络组成传导共模噪声提取网络,用于提取光伏逆变器上位于辐射频段的共模噪声电流。根据辐射噪声与共模噪声电流的关系,即可较为快速地诊断光伏逆变器中由传导共模噪声电流所引起的线上辐射噪声,并可采取相应的措施对该类型噪声进行抑制。利用所提出的分析方法,针对某型号3 kW逆变器进行实验,提取分析其传导共模噪声电流,根据分析结果设计相应滤波器对其共模噪声进行抑制。测试抑制前后逆变器辐射噪声可发现,利用所提出的分析方法可有效抑制逆变器辐射噪声。Aiming at the radiated electromagnetic interference(EMI) noise,a new method is proposed to diagnosis radiated EMI noise in photovoltaic inverter system based on its radiated EMI noise mechanism.The test system is made by high frequency current probe and common mode noise extraction network.Common mode noise current which in photovoltaic inverter are extracted by test system.The radiated EMI noise can be diagnosed by the relationship between common mode noise current and radiated EMI noise.The suppression method is proposed to solve radiated EMI noise.An experiment is proposed to test the 3 kW inverter radiated EMI noise.The corresponding filter is designed to suppress common mode noise current which extracted by the experiment system.Radiated EMI noise experiment results which including before and after EMI filter accessed prove the effectiveness of analysis.
