摘　　要：藏象理论认为脾胃既是生理之本,又是病理之本,可将多种疾病归于脾胃。从脾胃病病因、病理转归、临床表现3个方面来阐述脾胃病发病特点,从而深化对脾胃病的认识,更好地指导临床辨证论治。Viscera theory holds that the spleen and stomach is the base of both physiology and clinical pathology,therefore, a variety of diseases can be attributed to the disease of spleen and stomach. From three aspects to elaborate the characteristics of the disease of spleen and stomach： etiology,pathological changes and clinical manifestations,and to deepen the understanding of the disease of the spleen and stomach,and to better guide differential treatment.
