中西医结合治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法:对42例患者均采用西医常规治疗结合中药口服、耳穴埋豆治疗方法进行治疗。结果:42例患者均恢复正常的肠道功能。结论:中西医结合是治疗腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻安全有效的方法。Objective： The purpose was to investigate the integrative medicine clinical effect of treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus. Methods： 42 cases of patients were treated with routine western medicine combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine oral therapies for treatment of ear point needle embedding beans. Results： The bowel function of 42 patients returned to normal. Conclusion： Integrative treatment is safe and effective to treat abdominal early postoperative inflammatory ileus.
