摘　　要：川派名医傅灿冰治疗胆道疾患卓有见识,认为其病因病机应强调湿热蕴结肝胆,影响肝胆疏泄,主张从湿热辨治,首重湿热,兼顾气滞、血瘀,辨证与辨病相结合,自拟基础方灵活施治,疗效显著。The famous Chinese medicine doctor FU Carrbing had rich experiences in treating biliary tract disorders. He con- sidered that damp-heat blocking liver and gall as the major cause and pathogenesis and suggested that it should better treat biliary tract disorders from damp-heat. In the diagnosis and treatment, Qi-stagnation and blood stasis were also considered. He advo- cated the combination of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation and created basic prescription to treat. Curative effect was distinct.
