肤康宁温泉中药浴治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药肤康宁洗剂温泉浴治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的治疗效果。方法将220例老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者随机分为治疗组110例,采用院内制剂中药洗剂肤康宁温泉浸浴治疗;对照组110例,单纯采用温泉浸浴治疗,水温均为38～39℃,浸泡15～20min/次,1次/d,7d为一疗程。2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率98.18%,对照组总有效率73.64%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肤康宁中药温泉浴治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的疗效好,且简便、价廉,值得在有条件的疗养院推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Fukangning medicated spring bath on senile pruritus cutanea. Methods 220 patients with senile pruritus cutanea were randomly divided into treatment group with 110 cases and control group with 110 cases.The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine lotion of Fukangning spa bath therapy, while the control group were on- ly treated with spa bath.The patients of the two groups all were bathed for 15 ~ 20 minutes once a day in the water of 38 ~ 39 ~C.The curative effect was observed after two treatment courses with seven days in each course.Results The total effective rate was 98.18% in the treatment group, while it was only 73.64 % in the control group.The effective rate in the treatment group is clearly higher than that in the control group.The differences of the curative effect between the two groups were of statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Con- clusion Traditional Chinese medicine lotion of Fukangning spa bath therapy has good curative effect on senile pruritus cutanea, which is convenient and cheap, so it is worth popularizing and applyinl~ in sanatorium where there is spa.
