摘  要:早产是指妊娠满28周至不满37足周(196~259d)间分娩者。此时娩出的新生儿体质量1000~2499g。早产是围产儿发病和死亡的主要原因之一。早产的发生源于分娩的过早发动,也就是源于子宫组织由静止期向激活期的过早转化。因此,早产的研究与分娩动因的研究密不可分。分娩动因的研究虽仍然有许多环节有待进一步探索,但是近几年来取得的成果是显著的,子宫如何维持静息状态及这种状态的失衡,是一个极其复杂的生理过程。人胎盘生乳素(HPL)是由胎盘合体滋养层细胞合成释放的蛋白激素,具有抑制母体对胎儿的排异作用,促蛋白、黄体生成。不仅是判断胎儿生长情况的指标,也是判断胎盘功能的指标。HPL可促蛋白及黄体生成、抑制母体对胎儿的排斥,可见其与早产有密切的关系。本文就HPL与早产的关系作一综述。Premature delivery is a pregnancy to at least 28 weeks to less than 37 completed weeks(196 to 259 days).Neonates weight was between 1 000 ~ 2 499 g at this time.Perinatal morbidity and mortality, mainly due to premature delivery.Premature delivery from the Parturition prematurely launched, which is derived from uterine tissue from quiescent to the activation of the premature conver- sion.Therefore,premature delivery and childbirth move due to the research are inseparable.The study on the initial causes of labor is still under further exploration in many links, nut the achievement in recent years is remarkable.How uterus maintains a quiescent condi- tion and its imbalance is an extremely complicated physiological process.Human placental lactogen(HPL)is protein hormones synthesized and released by placenta plasmoditrophoblast cells, which can restrain the maternal rejection to embryo and promote the generation of protein and corpus luteum.It is not only an indicator to judge the growth situation of embryo, but also an indicator to judge the placen- tal function.HPL can promote the generation of protein and corpus luteum, restrain the maternal rejection to embryo, which shows that it is related to premature delivery.This paper summarizes the relation between HPL and premature delivery.
