摘　　要：目的通过了解泰安市公安干警的健康状况,为健康教育和健康管理提供科学依据,制定合理预防保健措施。方法随机抽取泰安市728名公安干警超声检查结果,分析各种疾病的检出情况及相关因素。结果按病种检出率从高到低分别是脂肪肝、甲状腺异常、肝囊肿、肾囊肿、胆囊炎、胆囊息肉、肾结石等。男性前列腺疾病占42.76%,女性乳腺增生和子宫肌瘤不容忽视。结论影响泰安市公安系统的疾病,主要与工作性质、生活习惯、精神和情绪有关,应加强公安系统的健康教育,重视健康体检工作,采取积极有效的干预措施,提高工作、生活质量。Objective To provide scientific basis for health education and health management so as to formulate reasonable preven- tive health measures through understanding the health status of the public security officers in Tai＇an City. Methods The ultrasonic test- ing results of 728 public security officers in Tai＇an city were randomly selected to analyze the detection of various diseases and the relat- ed factors. Results According to the disease detection rate from high to low are fatty liver, thyroid abnormalities, hepatic cyst, kidney cyst, cholecystitis, gallbladder polyps, and renal calculus.The male prostate disease accounted for 42.76%, and the female breast hyper- plasia and myoma of uterus can not be ignored.Conclusion The diseases among Tai＇an city public security system are mainly related to the nature of the work, life habits, spirit and emotion, health education should be strengthened for public security officers, pay attention to physical examination, take active and effective measures to improve the quality of work and life.
