摘　　要：目的探讨提高疗养康复专科护士培训效果的方法。方法采用理论授课和临床实践相结合的方式对261名学员进行疗养康复护理技术培训。结果学员的理论知识和专科技能考核成绩优秀。结论疗养康复专科护士培训对学员开阔思路、夯实理论水平、提高临床技能、提升综合素质起到了积极有效的作用。Objective To explore methods of improving training effects of rehabilitation and recuperation professional nurses. Meth- ods Theoretical lectures and clinical practice were combined to train 261 students about rehabilitation and recuperation nursing.Results The students＇ theoretical knowledge and professional skill appraisal achievement is outstanding.Conclusion Rehabilitation and recupera- tion professional nurse training is quite effective to widen their thinking, tamp theoretical level, improve clinical skills, and promote comprehensive quality.
