基于结构方程模型的大学生健康生活方式评价量表的修订

摘　　要：目的进一步修订大学生健康生活方式评价量表。方法采取两阶段分层整群抽样法对5400名在校大学生进行抽样调查,运用结构方程模型对原大学生健康生活方式评价量表进行考评、修订及对修订版量表的信度和结构效度进行检验。结果大学生健康生活方式评价量表修订版的各条目因素负荷量均达到0.52以上,且具有良好的信度和结构效度。结论大学生健康生活方式评价量表修订版相比原大学生健康生活方式评价量表更加科学合理。Objective To revise the preliminary healthy lifes- tyle scale for university students. Methods A total of 5400 university students were investigated with the original version of the Healthy Lifestyle Scale for University Students by two-stage stratified cluster sampling meth- od. After the original scale was evaluated and revised according to the struc- tural equation modeling, the reliability and construct validity of the revised version of Healthy Lifestyle Scale for University Students were tested. Re- suits The factor loading of all items reaches 0. 52 or higher and the better reliability and constructs validity were obtained. Conclusion Compared with the original version of the Healthy Lifestyle Scale for University Students, the revised version is more scientific and reasonable to evaluate healthy lifestyles of university students.
