南京市规划成果GIS建库更新技术探析

摘　　要：本文以南京市规划局的规划编制成果GIS建库及动态更新为例,归纳总结了不同规划编制成果的数据特性和共性,并将GIS理念贯穿于标准制订、规划编制、质检建库、动态维护的各个方面;重点阐述了运用区域更新的方式,实现各类成果的"一张图"管理和维护;同时,还介绍了数据库体的设计思路及配套制度建设,并从未来数据共享应用的角度,提出了规划编制成果GIS建库和更新的一些见解和思考。The planning results of different levels and composition in the urban-rural planning have different data standard and format expression, which leads to the difficulty in establishing and dynamically updating the GIS database, and the restriction in further use. Taking Nanjing as an example, the paper summarized the data features and similarities of different planning results. The concept of GIS ran through the standards formulating, planning, quality checking, GIS database building, dynamic updating and other aspects. It focused on the way of regional updating, and the uniform management and maintenance of all kinds of planning results. Moreover, it introduced the design of database and the accessory institution. Finally, from the perspective of the future data sharing, it raised some opinions and ideas on building GIS database and its dynamic update.
