摘 要:本文采用最小人均耕地面积和耕地压力指数两个指标对江苏省总耕地压力进行测算,分别选取4个人均粮食需求量水平对江苏省13个地市2005年~2009年间的耕地压力进行测算,在综合考虑时间、空间和生活水平3个维度基础上把13个地市划分为3个地带,并针对不同地带耕地压力特征,分别提出进行耕地利用、保护和管理的对策及调控措施。In the paper, the minimum area of cultivated land per capita and cultivated land area of pressure index were used for measuring the pressure of cultivated land of Jiangsu Province, then four values of per capita food demand level were respectively selected to measure the cultivated land pressure of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province from 2005 to 2009. Based on the comprehensive considera- tion of time, space and living standard, the 13 cities of Jiangsu Province were divided into three zones. Finally, according to the differ- ences in character of the cultivated land use pressure, the corresponding countermeasures for cultivated land use, protection and management were put forward, in order to provide technical reference for alleviating the pressure and drawing up more reasonable policies in cultivated land use of Jiangsu Province.
