摘　　要：本文在分析现有海洋空间数据类型和数据管理模式的基础上,针对应用需求提出了海洋空间信息管理与服务平台的实现技术。从总体架构、业务流程、关键技术、数据存储及数据库建设、应用服务、数据接口、性能及安全等方面进行了详细描述,并对平台的主要功能模块进行了介绍,给出了原型系统。结果表明,平台可为各级用户提供高效便捷的海洋空间数据管理和服务。Through analyzing the type of marine spatial data and the mode of data mmmgement, aiming at the requirement of management and application, the paper put forward the realization technique of marine spatial information management and service plat- form. It was discussed in detail including the total architecture, operation flow, key technology, data storage, database construction, application service, data interface, performance, security and so on. The primary function of this platform was described and the proto- type system was showed finally. The result showed that the platform could provide efficient management and service of the marine spatial data.
