摘　　要：通过对中国石油吉林石化公司乙丙橡胶装置EPDM 2070牌号门尼粘度实测值的统计,用过程能力指数来反映乙丙橡胶生产过程中加工质量满足产品技术要求的程度,从而发现生产过程中的不足,适时调整工艺参数,指导生产。Based on the statistical analysis of the measured Mooney viscosity of the 2070 series EPDM products manufactured by Jilin Petrochemical Company Ltd,Process Performance Index was applied to reflect the degree to which the production processes meet the technical requirement in the EPDM production.This method facilitates prompt finding of the shortcomings in the production process,quick adjustment of the process parameters and instruction of the production.
