中西医结合治疗寻常型银屑病疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将110例入选患者随机分为治疗组(58例)和对照组(52例),治疗组应用迪银片12片/d,分3次口服,同时服癣平丸18g/d,分3次口服;对照组应用迪银片12片/d,分3次口服。结果 4周后治疗组和对照组有效率分别为91.39%和71.16%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗寻常型银屑病疗效高、安全性好、复发率低。Objective： To observe the clinical cffect of the therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine on Psoriasis Vulgaris. Methods：The 110 patients were randomly divided into two groups as the experimental groups （58 cases）and the control groups（52 cases）. The experimental groups were treated with the diyin tablet （ 12 tablet one day ） and the Xianping pills（ 18g one day ）, the control groups were treated with the Diyin tablets （12 tablet one day ）only. Results：After four weeks ,the effective rate of the treatment groups and the control groups were respectively 91.39% and 71.16%. The difference between the two groups was significantly. Conclusion Therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine on Psoriasis Vulgaris has better effects, h is more safety in use and lower rate of relapse.
