无花果叶熏洗联合针灸治疗痔疮45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察无花果叶熏洗联合针灸治疗痔疮的临床疗效。方法:将89例患者随机分成2组,联合治疗组45例接受无花果叶熏洗结合针灸治疗,对照组44例单用无花果叶熏洗治疗,治疗2周后比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率97.78%,对照组总有效率88.64%,2组差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。在临床症状改善方面,2组治疗后均有显著改善,但无花果叶熏洗联合针灸治疗组患者的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无花果叶熏洗联合针灸治疗痔疮有效率高,可有效改善肛门疼痛、瘙痒、脱出、便血等症状,临床疗效良好且经济安全。Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of fig leaf fumigation combined with acupuncture for hemorrhoids. Method： 89 patients suffering from Hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was received fig leaf fumigation combined with acupuncture treatment, the control group was treated by fig leaf fumigation. The duration of treatment lasted 14 days. Patients of both groups were measured before and after treatment by the clinical curative effects. Result： The total effective rate was 97.78% in treatment group, 88.64% in control group total, two groups have significant difference, the total effective rate in treatment group is superior to control group（ P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved in both groups, the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group with statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Fig leaf fumigation combined with acupuncture could gain better clinical efficacy compared to fig leaf fumigation alone, and effective for improving clinical symptoms such as hemorrhoidal pain, itching, prolapsed and blood in the stool. The treatment of fig leaf fumigation combined with acupuncture is a safe therapy with good clinical efficacy.
