不同煎煮方法黄连阿胶汤对失眠小鼠作用的比较

摘　　要：目的:研究不同煎煮方法黄连阿胶汤对失眠小鼠作用的差异。方法:选用经典的阈上剂量和阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠实验分别观察各组小鼠入睡率、入睡潜伏期、睡眠持续时间;灌胃给药7d后,复制PCPA致失眠模型,酶免法测定小鼠脑组织上清液中5-HT及GABA含量。结果:黄连阿胶汤传统煎组、机械常压、机械高压组之间小鼠各指标差异无统计学意义。结论:不同煎煮方法黄连阿胶汤样品对失眠小鼠的作用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Objective： To study different decoction methods of Huanglian Ejiao soup on insomnia Mice. Methods： Classic threshold and subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital experiments were adopt. Sleep rate, sleep latency and sleep duration were record. Gavage 7 days later, copy the PCPA-induced insomnia model, using enzyme immunoassay method to determinate 5-HT and GABA acids in the supernatant of mouse brain tissue. Results： There is no significant difference between decoction by traditional method group, decoction by mechanical on atmospheric pressure group, and decoction by mechanical on high pressure group. Conclusion ： Different decoction methods of Huanglian Ejiao soup have no effect on insomnia mice （ P 〉 0. 05 ）.
