摘  要:本次研究是个案研究,以国家女子佩剑队有望参加2012伦敦奥运会运动员为研究对象,借助脑象图技术(EEQG),结合脑象图的诊断结果提出心理干预对策,促进运动员优异的竞赛表现。结果包括:(1)两名运动员均为左后-右后脑处理信息优势匹配。教练员要发挥其在训练中实施能力强、做事严谨的优势;(2)Z运动员逻辑记忆能力强,因此详细的讲解技术在训练中对其非常有效,建立多个小目标并随时检查有利于其进步,并辅助写训练日记的方法;(3)C运动员要注意表扬其对新技术的掌握和变化,协商训练计划会很好的达成目标,更强调鼓励为主,保持其稳定情绪;(4)Z运动员关键剑处理需要教练明确提示到需要注意的某某细节,赛中指导要形象化,以防对技术理念的理解出现偏差;(5)C运动员因情绪稳定性薄弱,不适合使用激将法,以免引发强烈的抵抗情绪和进入习惯性的找借口状态。It is a case study and the research object is the athletes in the National Women's saber team which is expected to participate in London 2012 Olympic Games. It uses figure technology (EEQG) combined with the diagnosis of brain-like figure and psychological intervention to promote outstanding players'performance. The result shows that ( 1 ) the two players process information by the left rear and right rear of the brain. Coaches should develop their features of rigorousness ; (2) Player Z has strong logical memory; therefore, detailed explanations of technical training are very effective. Multiple targets should be created and the training progress should be checked at any time through diary; (3) Player C is featured with her mastery of new technology, and thus, negotiation of training programs will encourage the stable mood; (4) Player Z's key sword dispose needs the clear prompts of certain details from the coach, and guidance should be visualized in case of the deviation of the technical information; (5) Player C is weak in emotional stability, so it is not suitable to trigger the anger in case of the habitual excuse.
