摘　　要：目的:探讨吸引器在困难腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用意义。方法:回顾分析115例使用吸引器进行胆囊三角分离的复杂腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料,统计术中出血量、术后胆管损伤等指标。结果:114例手术获得成功,1例因胆道畸形中转开腹,手术时间平均(66±29)min,术中出血量平均(5.2±1.7)ml,无胆管损伤发生。结论:困难腹腔镜胆囊切除术中使用吸引器简便、易行,可有效预防术中胆管损伤,提高腹腔镜胆囊切除术的成功率。Objective: To explore the significance on the using of aspirator in difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods: The clinical data including intraoperative blood loss and bile duct injury of 115 patients with complex Calot triangle who under laparoscopic cholecystectomy by aspirator were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was successfully performed on 114 cases,1 case was converted to laparotomy because of anomalies of biliary system.Mean operating time was(66 ± 29) min,blood loss was(5.2 ± 1.7) ml,no bile duct injury occurred.Conclusions: The using of aspirator in difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a safe technique and easy to perform,can and elevate the successful rate of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and avoid the intraoperative injury of bile duct.
