制度资本、关系资本对集群制造企业技术创新绩效的影响

摘　　要：以浙江省试点集群制造企业为样本的实证研究发现:制度资本对集群制造企业关系资本和技术创新绩效都有显著正向影响;关系资本显著正向影响集群制造企业技术创新绩效;在制度资本对集群制造企业技术创新绩效影响中起到了中介作用。Through the empirical study on the pilot clustering manufacturing enterprises in Zhe- jiang Provinces in China, the paper concludes that： influence of institutional capital on relationship capital and technological innovation performance of manufacturing members in the industrial cluster is significant; the influence of relationship capital on technological innovation performance of manufac- turing members in the industrial cluster is also significant; and relationship capital is a partial media- tor for the influence of institutional capital on technological innovation performance of manufacturing members in the industrial cluster.
