摘  要:基于改进的非期望SBM模型测算了我国39个工业行业的生态全要素能源效率,从能源效率—环境污染2个角度对工业各行业进行分类,采用Tobit模型分析了其影响因素。研究表明,总体上我国工业行业生态全要素能源效率较低,每年的节能潜力为25%~30%,生态全要素能源效率呈波动上升的态势。2005年能源效率值为0.729 4,2009年上升至0.7634;行业间的生态全要素能源效率值差异较大;高效率的行业主要是初始投资规模较大和技术壁垒较高的行业,而低效率的行业主要是传统的加工工业和劳动密集型行业;高效率行业的生态全要素能源效率的显著影响因素为控股类型和资本深化;低效率行业的显著影响因素为企业规模和行业竞争。This paper applies the improved undesirable-SBM model to measure ecological total fac- tor energy efficiency of Chinese 39 industries and classifies the industries from perspectives of energy efficiency and environmental pollution. Finally, this it uses Tobit model to analyze its affecting fac- tors. Findings show that Chinese industries~ ecological total factor energy efficiency is low, 25%- 30% of the energy could be saved and ecological total factor energy efficiency present as rolling rise and it increased from O. 729 4 to O. 763 4 from 2005 to 2009 ; difference between the industries' ecolog- ical total factor energy efficiency is large; high efficiency industries need great initial investment scale and high technical barrier, while low efficiency industries are mainly the traditional processing indus- try and labor-intensive industry; and significantly influential factors of ecological total factor energy efficiency in high energy efficiency industries are controlling type and capital deepening while those of low efficiency industries are enterprise scale and industry competition intensity.
