灵芝益寿丸治疗阿尔茨海默病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价灵芝益寿丸治疗阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer disease,AD)的有效性及安全性。方法:61例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组33例给予灵芝益寿丸治疗,对照组28例给予脑复康治疗,观察16周。观察两组治疗前后简易智能量表(MMSE)、日常生活活动量表(ADL)的评分情况及主要临床症状积分,比较两组的差异。结果:治疗16周后,两组MMSE评分增高,ADL评分降低,治疗后治疗组MMSE、ADL评分变化更明显,并能有效减轻症状,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:灵芝益寿丸治疗阿尔茨海默病疗效确切,无明显不良反应。Objective ： To assess the efficacy and safety of Lingzhi Yichou Pill in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）. Methods ： Sixty-one AD patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n=33） and control group （n=28）. Treatment group were treated with Lingzhi Yichou Pill for 16 weeks. Control group were treated with Piracetam. MMSE and ADL were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Besides, the main clinical symptoms score of two groups were compared. Results ： After 16 weeks, MMSE and ADL scores of Lingzhi Yichou Pill in treatment group were improved significantly than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The symptoms of kidney deficiency were improved significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Lingzhi Yichou Pill is effective in treating AD patients and well-tolerated and safe. It could produce improvements in cognition and ability of daily life.
