摘　　要：近年来,类风湿关节炎(RA)的治疗取得了很大的进展。现主要治疗方法有:(1)非甾体抗炎药,(2)缓解病情的抗风湿药,(3)糖皮质激素(GS),(4)植物药,(5)中西医结合治疗。尽管RA治疗还有待发展和完善,但是可以预言,随着基因调控和分子生物技术的发展以及中医临床对RA研究的深入。中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎,能有效减少患者痛苦,提高患者预后生存质量,具有明显的优势和良好的发展前景,值得临床借鉴推广,类风湿关节炎(RA)治疗将揭开新的篇章。In recent years, the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （ RA ）has made great progress.Now main treatments： non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs （ NSAIDS ）; alleviating the anti-rheumatism medicine; glucocorticoid （GS）; plant medicine may combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Although RA therapy remains to develop and be perfect, but it can be predicted that with the development of gene regulation and molecular biological technology and the depth of the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical research on RA.Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can effectively reduce the patients pain, improve the prognosis of patients survival quality, and has obvious advantages and good development prospects.It opened a new chapter for clinical promotion of rheumatoid arthritis.
